Chelsea’s working on deal after striker fails to sign new contract at Ac Milan before World Cup

Rumours are afoot that Chelsea have sprung into action after AC Milan failed to get Rafa Leao’s new contract sealed before he jet off for the World Cup in Qatar.

Chelsea have been long term admirers of the striker and it is a department that the are expected to bolster in January.
