Chelsea are at the head of the queue to sign Real Betis’ Joaquin after making contact with the Spanish side. “[Chelsea] were in touch before the [Spanish] cup final and have asked me for a first option on the player should we decide to sell him to a foreign team,” said Betis president Manuel Ruis de Lopera.
