Carlton Cole has joined West Ham United for an undisclosed fee.
The 22 year-old striker has signed a four-year contract with the Upton Park club.
A product of the Chelsea youth system, Cole first blossomed in the 2001/2 season when he scored a combined 37 goals for the youth and reserve teams and was named Chelsea Young Player of the Year.
