Jose Mourinho has admitted that the Blues are likely to be under-strength for the early stages of the forthcoming Premiership campaign. With several of his players all taking part in the latter stages of the World Cup in Germany this summer, the Chelsea manager believes that he will not have a fully-fit squad for the games against Liverpool in the Community Shield on August 13th or Manchester City in the Premiership opener a week later.
