Despite former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev calling upon Russia’s billionaire oligarchs to return their “plundered” wealth to the country before they fall foul of the authorities, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich remains in favour at the Kremlin. Roman Abramovich still seems to be fireproof where it counts, according to the Daily Telegraph’s Nick Allen.
