Former Chelsea striker Adrian Mutu will appear before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne tomorrow hoping to overturn a landmark judgment by a Premier League Appeals Committee, who ruled that his positive test for cocaine last season represented a breach of his Chelsea contract, making him liable for damages, which could exceed £8 million.
