Chelsea legend Frank Lampard is clearly staying in shape during the MLS off season by taking up boxing.
Lampard posted the below video to his Instagram account showing him throwing a few punches with his trainer.
I couldn’t help but think it won’t be long before he sets up a celebrity boxing match with Freddie Flintoff!
Prior to Christmas, Lampard confirmed that it was highly unlikely that he would return to the Premier League on loan due to playing almost a year and a half of constant football without a break.
He also broke to Sky Sports that he expects to see out his career with current club New York City FC.
