New Chelsea 2015/16 Kits Unveiled in Latest Photos

New Chelsea Kits 2015/16

The long rumoured new Chelsea 2015/16 kits for the new season appear to have been uncovered in a brand new photo that seem to confirm what most people expected.

With the new 5 year partnership with Yokohama beginning in June, the kit sponsor has obviously changed along with some other subtle changes to last years’ kits:

  • The home shirt features red and white piping on the sleeve cuffs and the almost v-neck collar
  • The white away kit has a red, white and blue band around the ends of each sleeve while the bottom of the shirt has a thick blue block
  • The (third) black kit is a striped affair with what appears to be black and off-black stripes. In-game this will barely be noticeable and it will look like a completely black kit but the detail is interesting.

One thing we noticed in the photos is that the fit of the shirt seems quite strange, less fitted and more baggy but I’m sure the official release of the new kits will clear up any worries in this area.

Given this photo and subsequent release is completely unofficial, we realise these kits could be subject to change but in the same breath we don’t expect them to differ all too much when they are officially released.

What do you think of the new Chelsea kits? Let us know.
