The Chelsea of previous owners is no more. That is according to journalist Ben Jacobs.
The hierarchy have planned for the future with Potter in mind and don’t plan on removing him any time soon. In fact they consider any calls from fans to sack Potter so early as absolutely ridiculous.
A few Chelsea fans calling for Graham Potter to be sacked, which is ridiculous. Chelsea are trying to move away from this kind of cutthroat approach. Potter is a long-term appointment who hasn’t had key players available or a transfer window at the club.

Jacobs went on to say: “It takes time to implement a new style, culture and, perhaps most importantly for long-term success, recruitment model. The senior leadership team at Chelsea is still being built and are fixing many problems that pre-dated them.”
It seems like Potter really will get his chance and the owners don’t want to be chopping and changing managers every half season. I for one back this mentality and hope to see Potter given the time to shape his own Chelsea team.
To reiterate, Graham Potter has Chelsea's full backing. Part of the appeal for him in taking the job was the ownership's commitment to building success over time. Told Potter is safe even if #CFC don't make top four. Club very much sharing accountability for current issues. https://t.co/0YgI5n9yTh
