Gianfranco Zola will be the star of the show when he turns out for an International All-Stars eleven against Macclesfield Town later today to raise funds for the beleaguered League Two side, who have been ordered to pay a £300,000 fine imposed by the Football Association for alleged irregularities over the funding of their McAlpine Stand.
Zola will be joined by ex-Chelsea team-mates Mark Hughes, David Speedie, Gustavo Poyet, Kevin Hitchcock and Graeme Le Saux. Bryan Robson, Christian Karembeu, Carlton Palmer, Stan Collymore, Viv Anderson and Steve Staunton will also feature in a side managed by Ron Atkinson.
Surprisingly there are still tickets available on the turnstiles. Kick-off is 7.45pm. The match will be shown live on Chelsea TV from 7.30pm.
