Conor Gallagher will be on the plane to Qatar alongside Mason Mount and Raheem Sterling as the three Chelsea midfielders got the nod from Gareth Southgate.
Gallagher was probably the most surprising inclusion in the announcement of the squad but his high energy and workrate will be something that Southgate feels he can rely on later in games when the first eleven start to tire.
Gallagher has worked his way into the Chelsea first team this season both under Tuchel and Potter after a stellar loan spell at Crystal Palace last season.
The announcement was tinged with sadness as Reece James and Ben Chilwell both missed out on the squad with injury.
Nevertheless we wish Mount, Sterling and Gallagher all the best as they board the plane to Qatar (which you can follow with Neds).
